The space This cozy modern, sun-drenched apartment offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to the downtown areas. Admire the crisp, curated decor of the open-plan living space. Locally owned coffee shops and restaurants close by. The bathroom is stocked with shampoos, conditioner, bath products and more! The kitchen is fully stocked with oils, seasonings and most essentials. We set you up with a few snacks so you can have a bite to eat while getting settled into this cozy little space! Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the cozy studio and private courtyard! **All Dogs must be on a leash anywhere on the property. Other things to note We are conveniently located in walking distance from Grove Park shopping plaza with Publix, CVS, Dominos, Subway, Hibachi Express, Publix Liquor and more! You can also take a stroll to the nearby McDonalds! We have a laundry mat just down the street for all your laundry needs! Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is a ring camera near the front door. HOUSE RULES No smoking of any kind inside the home (This includes vaping) You may smoke on the patio. ** ALL pets must be on a leash anywhere on the property. We have dogs as well so leashes are required for everyone’s safety. **No parties **Only 1 Parking space is provided, if you need an additional parking spot, please notify me. **If you are bringing your furry friend, you must inform us of breed and weight. There will be a non refundable $85 pet fee.
