With quick and easy access to K-54/Kellog you can get to most of Wichita's popular attractions and employers within minutes. Sedgwick County Zoo-20 mins, Intrust Bank Arena, Downtown, Town East Mall, Spirit, Wesley Hospital and many popular restaurants all 5-10 minutes away. The space Enjoy this stylishly decorated space with Southwest flare. The living space is an open floor plan and is great for communicating with fellow guests yet have the privacy of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is open to the living room so guests can prepare a meal while having a conversation and being entertained on the 50” 4K Smart TV. There is a small patio on the back of the property for getting some fresh air. This a comfortable space for up to 6 people and if you need more sleeping space ask to use our queen air mattress which can be used in the living room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhome and will be given a random electronic access code to get in. Other things to note There are only two assigned parking space marked 434 that you can use. Let me know if you need additional parking spaces so I can see about possibly coordinating the use of more space with other townhomes that I manage. However, there is no guarantee of more than the two assigned spaces.
