🛍️ First Monday is a short 10 minute drive. 🛍️ Wanna get away? Sit on the 600 SF covered party deck while sipping your favorite beverage by the fire. Gather with girlfriends or family to catch up on life at this beautifully decorated cottage. Imagine your group laughing and playing games while you watch the cook from the huge island with seven barstools. Or kick back in the den with six recliners. All of you will fit at the dining table and spend hours chatting. Got a dog? Bring it! The space Here’s the place! Many of our guests say they never leave! It is so relaxing at the cottage - especially after a day of shopping. You can order pizza to be delivered and just put your feet up and sit on the porch and watch the ducks! Need four bedrooms and four baths? Add the guest house for $149 more per night. One king bed and three queens give you room for 8 women or 3 couples! There are also 2 electric airbeds you can use for additional people. The pet fee is $20 per dog with a limit of two dogs and will be collected three days prior to check in. If you have more you can message us to discuss. Photo ID required to verify you’re over the age of 25. **First Monday starts on Thursday! It’s a four day event! The best shopping days to avoid crowds are Thursday and Friday.** We have bird feeders and MANY beautiful birds plus ducks. There is propane firepit and outdoor rockers and a dining table and a grill. Guest access Guest must provide photo ID to confirm that the age of the guest is over 25. You will rent the entire home. Owners may nearby in other properties but not in the house with you. One or two well behaved dogs are welcome. When you are away from the house they must be crated. $25 per pet. Children coming? When the reservation is made, you can request that we can have a pack and play, a high chair, and a tricycle for them. No charge, but advanced requests must be made so it’s not at another one of our rentals. (Bring your own sheets.) Other things to note Always park on paved areas, not in the grass.
