The space This quaint and charming home provides all the amenities to make your getaway PERFECT! Natural light floods the home and provides numerous options for relaxation. Perhaps you would start your day with morning coffee on the upper balcony, immediately off the master bedroom? Then “kick back” for some late afternoon “ZZZ’s” in the comfy red recliner chairs in the living room or catch up on some Netflix while watching the new 55” Smart TV. Last but definitely not least, enjoy a backyard BBQ on the new deck accompanied by a glass or 2 of wine from a local vineyard! Up to six guests can comfortably enjoy their stay in the three bedrooms (FYI, queen bedroom and single bedroom are connected). A fully equipped kitchen (full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker), indoor and outdoor dining areas, air conditioning and high speed internet is provided throughout the home. Both outdoor decks are available for use, along with the gas BBQ. There is even a lovely antique swing in the garden. Two small vehicles can be accommodated in the front driveway parking. *Two beach passes to Sandbanks are provided with your stay, along with beach towels. The property ends (along with the walkway) just past the antique swing. FYI, although the beach is very close, it can only be accessed from the road. Please do not trespass through our neighbour’s properties. We also request NO loud music or noise after dark, as a courtesy to our neighbours.
