The Dogwood - a PMI Scenic City Vacation Rental

The Dogwood is a 2 story modern townhome located in the heart of the Historic Southside District. This property is just a couple blocks from the Chattanooga Choo Choo, the Terminal and many other restaurants and bars. The Dogwood has a clean modern feel with the convenience of being at the heart of everything Downtown, it's perfect for singles, couples and business travelers. Only 15 minutes to Rock City and Ruby Falls. The space The Dogwood has a fully stocked kitchen and living room on the main floor with a sleeper sofa. On the second floor you will find a king size bed, full bathroom and walk in closet/laundry room with a washer and dryer. Internet and utilities are included and you'll have access to watch tv through your Netflix or Amazon account with the smart tv. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. A door code will be provided for check in. Other things to note As part of our commitment to keeping out properties pristine, we require mid-stay cleaning. The frequency of these cleans depends on the length of your stay - for stays of at least 30 days , we will require one mid-stay clean halfway through your time with us. For stays longer than 45 days, we require this clean to occur approximately every 15 days. The cost of this service comes at a reduced price and is due at the time you book your stay. For this property, each mid-stay clean costs $65. PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.
