The Master Bedroom contains it's own private bathroom with walk in shower. The bright and airy room exudes a cozy & casual beach hotel vibe. The comfortable Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) awaits your beauty rest. Plenty of closet and drawer space available for short term or longer term stays. Down the hall is the 2nd guest bedroom w/Queen Bed. A slightly similar layout/style, ensuring condo comfort living by the beach. Exit the Guest Room to another full bathroom with Combo shower/tub. But let's not forget the best part about the unit. The charming balcony offers tranquil ocean views of fabulous, lush Del Mar. Enjoy an occasional Beach Coaster cruise by via the infamous train tracks, splashing you with an extra special element. Birds chirping, Tropical Surroundings, Train Spotting, and Spectacular ocean views. Can't beat that! Guest access Guests will have full access to all of the property. There is no shared space inside the unit. There are communal washer/dryers on each floor and are shared amongst the community. Guests will also have their own private parking space. The parking lot also has several free guest parking spaces when available. Other things to note It stays comfy and cool by the coast with cross breezes during the summer time. But there is a Portable AC on site to rent as an option :)
