Description

Come enjoy a stay in an older private home in the country, west of Oxford. Two bedrooms with a double bed in each, as well as a private bath are located in a separate wing from the main house. Exterior has a wrap- around porch with seating and a swing to enjoy. Location is about 6.5 miles from campus. Adults over 25 years only. The space Located in 40+ acres of pasture land, the original home was built in 1935 and is a good example of Mississippi Craftsman style. Updates have been made to the original structure, including the bathroom, which was remodeled in 1999 and features a cast iron tub with shower. The original house was added on to in 2010, which is where the owner resides. The area around the house has been fenced in, including the parking area in front. During your stay The owner will be available at any time during your stay to assist you in any way they can. Other things to note In addition to the pasture surrounding the home, there are also cows. All parking is fenced off, as is the area around the home.
