Enjoy a modern industrial space surrounded by the untouched natural elements. Take in sweeping views of the lake, vineyards, and the Columbia River while sitting on the back patio or cuddle up with a movie and a home cooked meal. Explore wine tasting, concerts, and/or hiking trails all within walking distance. End the night with a breathtaking sunset. The space Set above the vineyards of CaveB and the Columbia River, and on a man-made lake, the Wanapum Retreat offers a unique experience. Surrounding are sweeping views, featuring amazing sunrises and sunsets. Whats more is that there are 300 days of sunshine a year. The Wanapum Retreat includes 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms as well as a custom Queen murphy bed and sofa sleeper. Each room has its own TV. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 people! A fully stocked kitchen including a gas range, keurig coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and beverage fridge. Other features of the space include WiFi, a propane grill, a TV, surround sound, propane fireplace in living space, polished concrete floors that are heated, air conditioning, and blackout blinds. The Retreat has an oversized slider that opens up to the covered patio deck looking to the lake with a comfy seating area, built in overhead heaters and audio speakers. *Lake is currently closed* The house backs a private community lake, that is lined and filled with well water, ideal for swimming, paddle boarding or simply floating the day away- that is, if you aren't hiking, mountain biking or enjoying one of the best concert venues in the nation. * We also have the Wanapum Retreat at Cave B Ridge available for up to 4 guests **Eastern Washington is known to have strong winds, please ensure you put all cushions, towels, etc. inside the house or inside the storage bin before leaving or going to bed for the night. ***With future plans of having additional homes on the property, there is still construction going on in the area. This may cause disturbances during your stay, you will see and hear some heavy equipment.
