Bear Hollow is on one-level with no stairs for entry. Although the house is not ADA compliant, it would be a great house for folks with mobility limitations but probably not wheelchairs. Just a short drive to downtown, to the park entrance, to the grocery store and to the historic arts & crafts trail. The more adventurous among you can even make a 5 minute stroll to the restaurants at the foot of the mountain (Little House of Pancakes. LeConte Tappas & Grill and Alamo Steakhouse) or a 15 minute walk into downtown. Bear Hollow is located off of the East Parkway (Hwy 321) less than one mile from downtown Gatlinburg Vacationing in the Great Smoky Mountains is our favorite pastime. We are four generations of family who have made memories in these mountains over the last six decades. We own Bear Hollow so that we can offer other families the experience we have so loved.
