Light and bright with a large seating area and big screen Smart TV. The kitchen has beautiful granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet party at our dining table with a view! Just a 2 minute stroll to either of our 2 heated resort pools. The balcony overlooks Lake Cay with sunrises, sunsets and Sea World fireworks. An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is well equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with those perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There is a huge dining table for up to 8 that makes a great boardroom table plus seating at the bar for 4. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the wide, open living area with comfortable seating area. The south facing condo has a walk out balcony. BED AND BATH 3 large bedrooms boast pillow-top mattresses, quality cotton linens, ceiling fans and plasma TVs. The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet and vast en-suite bathroom. The guest rooms offer a king room and 2 double beds. A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping! RESORT AMENITIES Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only).
