THE SPACE The condo itself is huge at 2100sf with open plan living area/kitchen. Light and bright with a large seating area and big screen Smart TV. The kitchen has beautiful granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet party at our dining table with a view! Just a 2 minute stroll to either of our 2 heated resort pools. The balcony overlooks Lake Cay with sunrises, sunsets and Sea World fireworks. An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is well equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with those perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There is a huge dining table for up to 8 that makes a great boardroom table plus seating at the bar for 4. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the wide, open living area with comfortable seating area. The south facing condo has a walk out balcony. BED AND BATH 3 large bedrooms boast pillow-top mattresses, quality cotton linens, ceiling fans and plasma TVs. The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet and vast en-suite bathroom. LOCATION Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants. So, if the property you are interested in is not available for your dates, please send us an inquiry, so that we can send you the other listings that we do have available. In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory. We reserve the right to make this change and accept no responsibility for any changes in amenities or furnishings. Guest access Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. The main heated resort pool is enormous with an infinity edge, and is surrounded by a multilevel deck, a kids splash pool, and a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food. A resort-sized Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 12 guests is adjacent to the pool. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, movie theatre, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.
