The house is spacious and sunny, it is 300 meters from the sea, which you can enjoy the view by going up to the terrace. It has different spaces to open the computer and work with the sea breeze in the background. The space In the house there are 3 rooms advertised for accommodation with capacity for up to 4 people in each, currently operating at 50%: - a shared suite for 4 females - one bedroom with a bathroom in the hallway for 4 people - a private suite with a double bed + single bed/trundle bed The shared rooms have individual lockers with a key for each guest. The kitchen is shared between guests. It is spacious and very well equipped to cook any meal throughout the day, it has: refrigerator/freezer stove electric oven microwave blender coffee maker toaster dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils the other spaces of the house (terrace, gazebo, TV room, living room, library, patio) are also shared with the hostess, who lives in the house along with her 3 dogs. Guest access Parking for guests is on the street in front of the house, which is in a residential development. The entire curb of the street is free to park, there are always spaces, and it is a safe environment. The beach is a 5-minute walk and the center of the neighborhood (with options for markets, bars and restaurants, as well as access to the Boa Vista and Piscinas Naturais trails) is 10 minutes away. The whole neighborhood is safe to walk in at any time of day. During your stay I spend a lot of time at home and am available to indicate the uses in the house for each need. Also, I like to share local tips according to each taste. I speak English and (almost) Spanish Other things to note In the house I have my 3 dogs, they are well-behaved and friendly and do not enter the house.
