Welcome to Weavers Cottage, set among the citrus overlooking the valley. A 12 minute walk takes you to a quiet waterfall and natural swimming spots. Guests spend their days hiking, swimming, bouldering, or simply enjoying the stillness. The patio is a peaceful place to unwind, and you will often see ponies & peacocks wandering past. The space Welcome to Weavers Cottage, tucked in the middle of orange orchards on our eighty hectare farm. A twelve minute walk brings you to a beautiful waterfall and quiet swimming holes. Guests spend their time swimming, hiking, bouldering, and relaxing on the patio with a drink while peacocks, horses, and tortoises wander by at sunset. You can stroll through the orchards and pick fresh lemons, limes, and oranges. It is a peaceful, grounding getaway. The main bedroom has a queen bed and opens onto a patio with orchard views. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own patio with an outdoor shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the patio braai makes for relaxed evenings. The living room is comfortable for reading, board games, or sitting by the fire. The bathroom has a bathtub for slow, warm evenings. The Farm Waterfall Farm is a quiet retreat, just a twelve minute walk from a waterfall and natural swimming spots. You can wander the orchards, explore the boulders, or take the forty five minute walk to see ancient Khoisan Rock Art. At night, the sky is clear and bright, with the Milky Way visible above you. Animals and Wildlife Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they must stay on a leash in communal areas & be comfortable around other farm animals. If you’re unsure, please feel free to message us. The farm is home to many bird species, so binoculars are a plus. You may also see grey rhebuck, klipspringers, duiker, and occasionally a caracal.
