Great location in the center of Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood, 2-3 blocks to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, bus stop. 20-30 minute walk to Union Station & LoDo. 5 min Uber to center of downtown & RiNo. Quiet & friendly street, parking on street. Potential for noise, you are below others. The space Clean and bright basement level, private entry guest suite. 1 Bedroom (Queen bed) and 1 Bathroom with kitchenette (No oven/stove). Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair dryer, Iron with Ironing board. WiFi, Flat screen TV with Fire-stick including Netflix and Amazon for streaming. Walk to a variety of hotspots in the LoHi neighborhood. Venture across the pedestrian bridge and you will be in downtown (LoDo), walk to Union Station to catch the light rail or train. 2 minutes drive to access I-25 & I-70. City Bus & Bike rental within a few blocks. This guest suite is the basement level of our main residence. Unit is completely private, no shared spaces. Entrance is a bit tight and there are stairs to get inside. Please note that there is a potential for noise as the unit shares walls/floor/ceiling with the upstairs unit (your space is entirely private though). We are happy to offer suggestions of our favorite spots in the neighborhood. You will have a large selection of the city's best restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Guest access The entire unit is yours, you have a private entrance, and there are no shared spaces. Enjoy! Other things to note POTENTIAL FOR NOISE! This unit is the basement level of our home. Please know that there is potential for noise as you will be below people who live and work above this space. If this could be a problem for you, please do not book. We do not give refunds due to noise complaints. Conversely if you are here to party/stay up late/play loud music etc, this is not the spot to stay. We love our neighbors and the close proximity of the homes on our street requires courteous noise levels and respect particularly after 10pm. This street is a lovely spot in LoHi!
