Situated on five private acres, Casa Goro Topa is the ultimate luxury escape in the Ojai Valley, with two homes on the property. The newly constructed “Modern Hacienda” is a statement of relaxed luxury. It’s designed around the expansive indoor/outdoor entertaining space and provides the perfect place to relax in ultimate privacy and serenity. The property’s traditional hacienda-style home was fully refurbished and thoughtfully reimagined into the property’s guest house. All rules must be followed at all times. We want to ensure that everybody has the best stay possible, knowing what to expect while staying at our property. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. May 1 - October 31: $175/day. November 1 - April 30 : $350/day. Groups larger than 12 people will be charged an additional per person fee ($150/person/day) as well as an additional $150 cleaning fee (total cleaning fee will be $1000 vs $850). Absolute max is 16 people. We require a complete guest list (for liability reasons) at least 24 hours before check-in. No additional day visitors are allowed. Events are not allowed & no outdoor noise past 10pm. Pets (including service dogs) are NOT permitted. We are very selective on groups with children. Please inquire about chefs, yoga instructors, masseuses, etc. We can also provide recommendations on restaurants, hikes, etc in the area. We have a ranch-hand living on an airstream on the farmland part of our property (next to the tennis & pickleball court) – you cannot see this area from the main house or the guest house, and this area has a separate entrance outside of the main gate. We have outdoor cameras throughout the property that we monitor daily (NO indoor cameras). We have a strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
