The cabin has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 1.5 baths. The exterior has a 3-sided wrap around porch, 30x40 enclosed garage, and fish cleaning station. There is a warm cozy feel in this open floor plan with spacious loft. The enclosed garage gives you the perfect place to watch Ole Miss sports, setup camp, park a boat, ATV, or your vehicles to escape the weather. The wrap around porch has large ceiling fans to stir up a breeze on a warm summer day and is equipped with rocking chairs to ensure a relaxing experience. Throw the corn hole boards in the trunk, as there is plenty of room to "toss a few under the covered carport or in the driveway." County Road 27 has very little traffic, so it is safe to take a walk, or a bike ride with the kiddos. Brand new central heat and air units keep the cabin temp perfect. There is a deep freeze on the back porch, as well as a gas and charcoal grill, perfect for grilling the perfect steak. The cabin is also equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, so you won't need a clothesline to dry your clothes! Guest access You will have access to the whole cabin. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. They may come visit if they smell a good steak on the grill.
