Every attempt will be made throughout your stay to keep the dogs separate from guests though occasionally this may be unavoidable. - The property uses flood irrigation, so grassy areas may be wet for a few hours every couple of weeks. Guest access The 20x30 outdoor kitchen Ramada area with firepit, 1 acre yard, pool, and hot tub are shared with the homeowner and family of the primary home. Other things to note Note: Due to the farm nature of the property there are likely to be chickens roaming along with the potbelly pigs and unfortunately as with most farm animals there is the likelihood that their waste may be around as it is difficult to run after farm animals picking up behind them. If you have little ones please watch their step around the septic pipes and throughout the backyard as there are areas of uneven terrain caused by the gophers that have proven to be a never-ending pest. There are running trails and bicycle paths adjacent to the property. Pets allowed with pre-approval and an additional $50 non-refundable pet fee.
