FULL DISCLOSURE- this is a garden level (basement) apartment. Bedroom will be dark for sleeping and decent light in the living room/kitchen. We have air conditioning and and small windows to open for fresh air in the living room area. My wife and I live upstairs. Our home is a 100 year old Chicago Row house. Even though it has been fully renovated you will hear daily living noise. Also note their is an additional charge per night for every guest after 2. Extra nights charge for 3rd/4th guest. Put the total number of guests in your reservation request for a complete total ( with all taxes and fees). Guest access You will have your own entrance and use of the entire apartment. No shared spaces. Other things to note We have cameras OUTSIDE the front and back door. NO inside cameras. I live upstairs with my wife and usually a dog. Our elderly Collie recently passed away. Now we are active dog fosters. ( Please know the dog will never be allowed in your space). The only time you might encounter the dog is when taking out your trash to the bins behind the home. If this is an issue we will work out an alternate place to leave your trash. We do not host guests who smoke or live in Chicago. We are not able to host guests who live in Chicago/ surrounding suburbs. You must be 21 years old to book. We do not accept 3rd party bookings.
