If you are looking for a little peace and quiet come stay at our little Farmhouse. The Farmhouse is located on 100+acres in Polk County MO and has 1/2 mile of river frontage. You will be surrounded by hayfields and cattle with a path that leads you to the Sac River. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy all this property has to offer. We offer a discount for any stay seven days or longer! Pets are welcome - fees apply. The space This modest two bedroom, one bath house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. You will have a large yard with a fire pit, wood is provided. You are also welcome to enjoy a private area on the river. The well water has been tested and is safe to drink but can have a sulfur smell to it. Guest access You will have the house to yourself. We are typically on the property 1 or 2 times daily to do farm chores. Upon arrival we will show you around and show you which parts of the property are open for you to access. Other things to note There are electric fences on the property.
