The apartment is redeveloped into a spacious studio with a separate closed sleeping area. The new house is located on the 3rd line from the road – quietly, near the entrance to the complex. Near the house there is a yard without cars, a children's playground and fountains. Other things to note Parking options: The complex has a big problem with parking, you can't just drive in and park a car, there are no places at all, only for unloading. There is a very small parking lot in front of the complex and there are never any parking spots. If you want to enter the complex by car, you can only enter the parking lot. We have a parking space that we rent for an extra fee. Or look for free places without reaching the complex near other houses or in the supermarket Silpo near the house (paid). House Rules: In our apartments it is forbidden: • Hold parties or noisy gatherings; invite unauthorized persons not indicated at the time of booking, as well as leave them alone in the apartment; • Disturb the peace, turn on the TV or music loudly; Smoke (including IQOS) in the apartment, drink alcoholic beverages, light candles; Bring pets to the apartment. The number of residents and guests who can visit you is agreed in advance when booking.
