Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new countertops and all of the amenities of home for enjoying a home cooked meal or use the BBQ grill to prepare your fresh catch. In the Master Suite you will enjoy a king bed, walk-in closet and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds. Cable TV in both bedrooms as well as a big screen TV in the living room with a DVD player to watch your favorite movie while enjoying a night at home listening to the sound of the waves crash on the shore. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for extended family. Stay connected to WI/FI throughout the condo or stream your favorite Netflix show. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. Top quality towels and linens are provided, you just need to bring some beachtowels, your flip flops and sunscreen to complete this vacation! *This Condo located on the first floor - NO elevator - stairs to the Condo. There is covered parking for two cars. You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or head south to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. You can also jump on the trolly right out front and enjoy a tour of the beaches up and down the Gulf coast without having to take your own car. Please note: this unit is not pet friendly. Guest access A week before your vacation starts we supply you with check-in instructions with directions to the condo, parking instructions, and any codes you need to get into the condo. Your stay includes the use of two undercover parking spots, beachfront pool, beachfront sundeck with a BBQ grill, private beach entrance, and beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay. Other things to note ****Please note: this unit sleeps 6 people total, this number includes all Adults, Children, and Infants. Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years old.**** The condo is stocked with towels and linens for your stay and a starting supply of toilet paper, soap and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your use as well! There is no elevator for this complex, so you will be required to climb one flight of stairs to get to your unit. Yes, there is free wifi!
