Wi-Fi, satellite TV (Dish Network) and DVD player. Easy access to Highway 599 from Albuquerque or going to north for day trips. The space Short 5 miles to Santa Fe Plaza, 20 miles to Santa Fe Ski area and 12 miles to the Santa Fe Opera. Close to grocery stores, shopping and great restaurants. The property is located just outside the city limits and is a quiet area with views of all the beautiful mountain ranges surrounding the city. You will enjoy the magnificent sunsets almost every day. The studio is not accessible by wheelchair or suitable for persons with limited mobility since there are steps leading down to the entrance. The studio is at one end of the main Hacienda and shares parking with the other guests. You can run, walk or cycle (if you bring your bike) on the roads near the property. Other things to note We ask that the primary guest sign a short rental agreement which covers the term of rental, house rules, rate and fees and cancellation policy.
