The first floor with its own 1/2 bath, kitchen, living area and patio are perfect for preparing your meals and just relaxing after a day at the beach. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa with a Foam Memory Mattress. A waterfall swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and palm trees is just steps from the condo. A children's pool is attached for the whole family to enjoy. Just next to the pool is Viola's Restaurant & Bar where you could enjoy a nice tropical drink or even have lunch or dinner. You could also watch your favorite sports team on one of the big screen TV's. The unit is located with a garden view, just steps away from a beautiful white sand beach where you could enjoy a nice long walk at sunrise or sunset. In the evenings, just chill out and have dinner on your private patio or if you prefer, a short ten minute walk will take you to the Marina Village at the Atlantis where you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants there. You may also enjoy the nightly entertainment at Violas, especially the ever popular Karaoke night on Fridays. Guests have access to the pools, laundry room, Viola's, a Bar/Restaurant open from 7 AM until Midnight, and a 1 minute walk to beautiful Cabbage Beach. As the proud owner of this condo, I am available 24 hours a day and and am in touch with every renter at all times so as to make their experience in Paradise one they will cherish forever. The condo is ideally situated between the famous One & Only Ocean Club and the Atlantis Hotel. The resort is directly on beautiful Cabbage Beach and is only a 5 minute walk to the Atlantis Hotel and a 10 minute walk to the Atlantis Marina Village and nearby Shopping Plaza. Getting around is easy as everything is close by. For those who wish to explore the island, I have a driver that is available to show you around on a particular day or you may just jump on a Jitney Bus. There is also a water taxi that is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo to the base of the bridge leading onto Paradise Island that will take you downtown to the shops and Straw Market. The best restaurants are $12 cab ride if they are downtown or just over the bridge. Some other things to note. There are beach towels in the unit, a hair dryer, free wifi, free calling to the USA and Canada from the condo, Cable TV, an iron and ironing board, and for those of you who have a baby, I have a Pack'n Play available at no cost. Just for your information I have purchased a brand new Queen Sleeper Sofa with a Gel Foam Memory Mattress on January 22nd, 2019. I have also purchased a brand new Gas Grill on April 10th, 2019.
