Other things to note This is the lower unit of a house so there is some potential for noise from upstairs. This includes running water, foot steps, and some talking. It is also on a main street so there is some noise from cars driving by. A white noise machine and sound bar are provided. Being on a main street, parking is limited, so anything larger than a midsize SUV will not fit on the driveway. Laundry is only available to guests that stay a minimum of 3 nights. Laundry is shared with upstairs tenants.
