Our place is perfect for a quick getaway with family or friends. Located right across the street from Bear Mtn., it is only steps away for a great day on the Mountain! Our home is separated into 2 units but rented as 1 for more privacy, but still with enough space for your group. It is also walking distance to the Zoo and Golf Course. Lic#29022 Other things to note During snow conditions, there is NO street parking. Make sure to park in designated parking areas only. Driving Mtn roads- During winter months (Nov 1- Apr 1), California law states all vehicles must carry chains. In the mountain we have unpredictable weather and freezing temperatures where chains could be needed at anytime. Make sure to check with Cal-Trans or CA Highway Patrol for current road conditions. R1-No Restrictions R2- Chains required on all 2wd vehicles on drive wheels, 4wd/AWD must have chains in vehicle. R3- All vehicles must have chain on R4- Roads closed except to emergency vehicles. In the City of Big Bear Lake, it is required by guests to dispose of their own trash.
