Home in Merced

This is a spacious and newly remodeled historic home in downtown Merced. There are plenty of free street parking space around this house. Five minutes walking distance from Amtrak and the Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System. U.C. Merced is a 10 minutes drive or bus ride. 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from restaurants, shops, movie theaters and other downtown amenities. Due to quality concerns, this house does not accommodate more than 2 guests in one room. The space Our home boasts over 2,800 square feet of living space, with ten-foot high ceilings, and sits on a quarter acre lot with mature trees. The home was built in 1920, and is located in a neighborhood with many architecturally interesting homes. The bathroom is right next to the room. Guest access You can rest in our comfortable living room and sun room. Kitchen and laundry area are available and easy to use. You can choose to dine/work in the formal dinning room, or kitchen dinning area. Other things to note I have two very friendly and sweet dogs. For every one's comfort, cooking of spicy food, such as chili peppers, is restricted. We do not offer breakfast or any meal. However, everything in the kitchen is made available to everyone in the house, please help yourself if you find anything edible.
