This 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has all new furnishings. A screened in porch, off the large kitchen, is a delightful place to have your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or any meal as it has a table and chairs. A large deck, the width of the house has a gas grill, table and chairs, 2 chaise lounges, and beautiful views of the canal. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a king bed, an en suite bath, and a door going to the deck. The second bedroom is on the 1st floor and has 2 queen beds and shares a jack and jill bath. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed and shares a jack and jill bath, and has door leading to the living room. The fourth bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has 2 queen beds and 2 built in twin beds. This spacious room has it's own en suite bath, and a seating area. Each room has it's own mounted TV, plus a large wall mounted TV in the living room. There is also a 4 way speaker system, stereo and Bluetooth to enjoy all your favorite tunes! This house is set off the street, and beyond the Bonita bridge for the privacy you may desire from the hustle and bustle of Tarpon Boulevard. However, it is still in the heart of the action, and only steps from 2 beach accesses! A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). The cart can be picked up at Island Excursions located in the Marina. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream! Also included with your rental are up to 14 guest cards, with a value of up to $700. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest access Guests have access to the entire listing and all amenities inside. Other things to note You must be 25 years of age to reserve and stay at this property. Pets are not allowed in most properties, and in any case, not without permission from the property manager. In the case where a pet may be authorized, a pet charge may apply. No smoking is allowed. The cleaning fee covers a one-time departure clean as well as a damage protection fee that provides limited protection in the case of unintentional and accidental REPORTED damage to the property.
