Other things to note • This resort does not have air conditioning. • There is limited elevators access at this property and most units require the use of exterior stairs. • A credit card is required for a $250 security deposit requested at check in. • The guest listed on the reservation must be present at check-in and occupy the suite. • RV, trailer and boat parking is not available. During peak season, parking may be limited to one vehicle per unit. • Due to typical forecasted winter weather, please allow extra time for traveling. During the winter months, Nevada and California law dictates that all vehicles must carry snow chains. • Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The main pool and children’s pool are seasonal, closed November-April annually. Hot tubs are open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information. • The South Shore Resort is now cashless. As a result, all guests will need to have a debit or credit card for any transactions made at the site. • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at the resort. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at this location.
