Welcome to Fluss Haus Guadalupe located on 1 acre on the beautiful Guadalupe River in the Texas Hill Country! Enjoy your own private river access right in our shady backyard, or travel just 5 mins to the Horseshoe or Canyon Lake, 20 mins to Historic Gruene, or 25 mins to Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels. This property offers a great river house (Fluss Haus) experience for those looking to relax and enjoy time with friends & family in the Texas Hill Country. Pet friendly! (2 pet limit, small fee) The space Beautiful home on a shady 1 acre river front lot, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a full kitchen and outdoor gas grill. We provide tubes and kayaks for use in our river access during your stay (we do not currently have life jackets.) Also, there is a small fenced in area off the main deck and gates that can enclose the main deck area. Perfect for pets! Guest access Entire House on 1 Acre with riverfront. Other things to note Our house sits on a hill, so the walk down to the river includes quite a few stairs and a fairly steep hill. Our home may not be a good fit for those with limited mobility.
