Pets other than dogs are not permitted. 2 Cubs Cabin has three bedrooms but also has one additional private sleeping area. Main Level: Master King Upper Level: King Room, Queen Room Lower Level: Bunk Room with Twin over Queen This gorgeous log home near Blowing Rock is so warm and inviting, you'll wish you could stay forever! The main level consists of the spacious living room with 40” flat screen HDTV with cable (over 200 channels, including premium), DVD and DVR players, a beautiful stone, gas-log fireplace, maple floors, and exposed beam, 20-foot high cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is fully-equipped and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wonderful custom-built cabinetry, and a dining area with expandable table to seat 10. The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV & DVD player, and large private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower surrounded by beautiful tile work. There is also a half bathroom and a laundry room on this level. Outside, the large, furnished wraparound deck, complete with a comfortable hammock and brand new, gourmet gas grill with an infrared searing feature and additional side burner, waits for your enjoyment. Additional Notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must agree to Host’s Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions within 60 days of arrival.
