Our apartment house LEMONY offers a total of 4 apartments. The newly built family house is in the lovely village of Maslinica. Maslinica has a great variety of offers: local shops, taverns, pizzerias, bars, beach bar as well as high-class luxury restaurants. The beach is only 130m from the house, a quick 3 mins walk. Here you have a beautiful and very clean pebble beach with crystal clear water and a fantastic sealife and also a beach bar. The space Apartment Claudia is approx. 87 m2 and is located in the second floor. It consists of two bedrooms (one with luxury divan king-size bed the other with two separate single beds) and a living room with an integrated fully equipped kitchen (large, free standing fridge, microwave, oven), a dining area for 4 people and a separate living/seating area. The two bathrooms each have a spacious shower. The balcony offers an absolute breathtaking 180° view over the marina, the blue sea and the small islands in front of the bay.
