You'll love the simple layout and how everything has been arranged for your maximum comfort with an eye for design. The tall ceilings, the spacious balcony or the exposed brick wall; everything about this space will make you feel at home. There's lots of closet space in the bedroom, a beautiful spa-like washroom with marble floors and a projector in the living room which is perfect for kicking back and enjoying some downtime at home! Other things to note The apartment is located inside a multi-unit boutique apartment building typical for Toronto. All efforts have been made to sound proof the units but some noise such as foot steps etc. can be overheard from the other apartments. Upon arrival, we provide basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner etc. however we do not replenish these items during our guests stay. For additional cleanings during your stay we refer our guests to our trusted and very thorough cleaning person Carlos. Carlos charges $120 for the entire space which includes washing the bedsheets as well as the towels. You can pay Carlos directly for each cleaning.
