We are really happy of putting together this stylish queen size private bedroom for your use, you will have your own entrance through an exterior door directly to your room. You will have access to a den where you can enjoy some TV time, Kitchen, Breakfast items as milk, eggs, cereals, bread, coffee and some relaxing time maybe with other guests or with us. The space Our house is conveniently located close to a major city mall, movie theater($7 tickets), restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores. It's just 1 mile away from the freeway that gives easy access to put you fast back on the road. GCU (Grand Canyon University) is just 4 miles away, ASU West is just 3 miles, just to mention some... And if you like to spend some outdoor time we have a fishing pond in the community park and a beautiful bike trail for you to enjoy just next to our house. Guest access From your reserved room to the kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room, den, full outdoor kitchen, backyard, all of them is design for you to use as your own, if you need help with anything all you have to do is ask. Please note: •Laundry room has restricted hours from Monday through Friday from 4 pm to 7 pm. •Please DO NOT COOK between 9pm and 7am. During your stay What ever you may need I'm not farther than a text or a call away only if am not home to answer any questions or request you may have. Other things to note Even though my family and I live in the house you will have your own private area to run your day. And to inform you we do have 4 family in-house dogs that are not permited to access your room.
