The perfect home for larger groups (sleeps up to 16 - 8 adults (16 yo and older) and 8 children (under 16) max. per HOA), a private dock, community pool and direct lake access from the house. Decks on two levels with plenty of space to spread out. Located on the northern shore of Lake Nacimiento, this home is surrounded by opportunities for fun and relaxation. Take a day to visit the local wineries and sample some of the area's best red wines and white viognier's. Just steps from your private dock, you'll be able to spend your time waterskiing, fishing, and swimming. If that isn’t enough, other fun excursions include Ravine Water Park for water slides galore, Margarita Ranch for zip lining over their beautiful vineyard and ride the stagecoach at Harris Ranch! Or take a day trip to Hearst Castle, Big Sur or Cambria (all three are full day trips). The community has a 18 hole miniature golf course (bring your own putters and balls) and a playground. We also have a basketball hoop at the house (bring your own ball). Inside the home, you will have everything you need for a stress-free stay, with amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, Amazon Fire Stick, DirecTV, Netflix, kids pool table, central A/C, a private washer/dryer, and views from the private deck. At days end, relax on the large deck and enjoy the views of the lake and maybe catch a few deer or wild turkeys foraging for their late afternoon meal!! All this while you BBQ (propane provided) that wonderful meal for the group after a great day of boating! Downstairs the large, oversized "youth" room with two bunkbeds, two additional beds and a small kids-size pool table make this house a perfect vacation spot for multiple families to gather and allow the kids their own space for fun and connection with their friends and cousins! Extra parking is available for an additional daily fee. *Per HOA restrictions, the minimum age to rent this home is 25 years old. * All guests must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. * Boats will be inspected at the gate. All vessels launching at Lake Nacimiento will be required to pass a mandatory screening/inspection for mussels, and confirm they have not been on any other body of water in the last 30 days. Vessels that do not pass this inspection will not be allowed into the community or on the lake. *Lake levels fluctuate, which does impact the positioning of the dock, launch ramp, etc. Please check status prior to your arrival. Parking Notes: Per HOA, only 2 vehicles are allowed to park at home. You will need to register your vehicles prior to receiving your check-in email. There is additional parking available in Oak Shores for $15/per day/per car. Registration and payment required for any additional vehicles prior to arrival. Dock & Boat Details: This home has a private dock. Only one boat trailer is allowed through the gate per home. The trailer can include 1 boat or 2 personal watercraft. Each trailer must obtain a Visitor Permit at the gate when checking in. Permit cost is $125/wk or $25/day per watercraft. Fees must be paid within 24 hours of arrival via the main gate by credit card. In addition, there is a $6/day per watercraft charge by Monterey County. This can be paid at the silent rangers stations located at the Oak Shores launch ramp or the West Ramp. Linens and Towels: All linens and towels have be updated with white hotel quality bedding and towels. Guest access All areas except garage. Other things to note This rental only allows for a maximum of 8 adults (16 and older) and 8 children (under 16) at any given time. This is the occupancy limit for the property at the time of booking and at arrival and strictly enforced. HOA rules mandate no more than 8 adults (16 and older). Additional paperwork will need to be completed as this is a private community and required by the HOA. Owner also requires a separate signed agreement. Only one watercraft trailer allowed into the community per rental. Permit cost is $125/wk or $25/day per watercraft.
