Farmstay pets and one Nights

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends The space The cottage is located on a 14 acre farm complete with horses, goats, sheep and chickens and donkeys. Close to West Chester Commons, Fine Creek Mill Brewery, The Foundry Golf Club, parks and hiking and trails for people and horses. There is a creek that goes the length of the property’s 14 acres and there is an old historic mill, historically known as Crostic Mill along the creek. The house has a mountain feel to it. The option to book for 4 is limited to parents with young children (no additional fees apply) . The house can have 3 adult guests with two sharing queen bed. Pet fee $25 a day sorry no puppies or aggressive breeds and get owners permission before booking. We live on the premises and I like to get to know the pups who are coming to the farm. Prefer couples, families and responsible young adults. We have a propane fireplace on back deck. Weekends have a two night minimum. Holiday weekends require three night stays including New Years. Friday and Saturdays are required in weekend bookings. Please note any comments or lower rating than 5 on Airbnb or Vrbo affect hosting status and affects funding for rescue. We are not perfect and if you need that please book a hotel. This is a family farm and we treat you as a part of that family. Which means if you need something or something isn’t the way you like it then tell us and we will try and fix it but don’t be crappy on the reviews. We love sharing the farm and animals with people that’s why we do this :)! See you soon! Volunteers to farm sit or farm help for reduced stay! Other things to note Please keep animals on leash and clean up after pet. No barking dogs past 9pm should be left unattended in houses. Horse owners are responsible for cleaning stalls. Pony Creek barn and Donkey Den are additional Airbnbs on farm.
