New studio apt located in walking distance to downtown Berkeley, UC Berkeley and North Berkeley. The neighborhood itself is safe & quiet with long-standing neighbors. The studio is new and has a nice open feel - it is equipped with new Panasonic microwave, coffee-pot, hot water heater, Brita water filter, etc. The studio has new spacious closet with mirrors as well. Other things to note For any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary (1) you will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you continue to exceed the maximum occupancy (1 person) The toilet is an electric SANIFLO (UK) - toilet paper is to be folded & disposed of in > Townew Air Lite Auto Sealing Smart Trash Can (beside toilet). Otherwise, toilet will back up - so human waste only please - for benefit of all concerned.
