Fully renovated building in the heart of Oberstdorf. The space This comfortable 49 m2 non-smoking, one-bedroom holiday apartment is located on the first floor. The bedroom comes with two single beds. The sofa in the spacious living area can be turned into a double bed (140cm x 200cm) if required. The well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher is integrated into the beautiful living/dining area. It is suitable for solo travellers as well as families of four. You will find a shower, a toilet and a double washbasin in the bathroom. The attached east-facing balcony provides enough space to relax and enjoy your meal. On site you can book the summer mountain railway tickets for the Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal mountain railways free of charge during their opening hours from May to November. You can also book the use of the tennis courts of the TC Rot-Weiss Oberstdorf at the Fuggerpark free of charge during their opening hours from May to September. We have two bookable parking spaces and four bookable garage spaces with vehicle restrictions at the house for 6 euros/night each. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house by arrangement for a fee. Our water tap in the house is available free of charge.
