Everything in the home is run by our solar system. As of this writing, we have good but not unlimited capabilities. This intersects showers 🚿. If the AC is on, two EVs charging and the dryer running there is a good chance that the 9000+ watt instant hot water on demand is going to trip a breaker. So, let us know your shower schedule so we can curtail the demand. we can control the EVs, AC and dryer from our phone and confirm back to you the status. Generally day time showers are recommended usually having enough solar to cover the load by 8:00 am on to 7:00 pm (summer hours) The front door is. a pull the handle firmly until you hear the latch click into place. What are your fragrance preferences? We use theme & seasonal fragrances, like pine, but some people may prefer no fragrances at all. Please Let us know. The TV picks up 49+ digital channels plus all internet streaming services like Netflix. Please Note: Heating and cooling are controlled outside the guest suite. We keep the air moving all the time programmed by our nest. There is a fan & space heater in the room for your convenience. For the chilly days, the bed is heated, too. Airflow in the room may be adjusted the room via the overhead vent. Also Note: we have a kitty cat that has claws. Bella came from a Farrel cat family so she does claw, even though she may look beautiful. Yikes! All fully functional, the laundry area tub/ sink and kitchenette flooring are scheduled for aesthetic updates. specifically, the original 1960s wash tub got hit with the ugly stick, but functional. All tap water goes through 5 filters, so it is a safe water outlet.
