Come enjoy yourself with friends and family in our open 6 bedroom 3 full bath house located on peaceful Loon Lake. 100+ feet of lake frontage. Visit the local lakeside bar/ restaurant a shortwalk or kayak ride away. Located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region, Canandaigua and Keuka lakes and their world class white wines are less than 30 min away. Corning & its Museum of Glass is 40 minutes, Rochester 60, Ithaca 85 Niagara falls 120 minutes. The space Inside: The main floor features an open concept kitchen and living room (with solid hickory hardwood floors). Also on main floor are 2 full baths and two bedrooms. The living room has a huge 24k BTU heat pump minisplit system that cools (and heats) the house. The 2nd floor features a large bath with double vanity and 4 bedrooms. One upstairs bedroom has a window AC and the rest have fans. The kitchen is completely updated with quartz countertops, new appliances including gas range and dishwasher. You have every thing you need to prepare meals from dishes to cutlery to spices and condiments. The living room has picture windows that provide a beautiful view of the lake. Sit and relax and watch the water foul and birds of prey. You may be lucky enough to see the resident bald eagle or osprey. Outside: Enjoy the view off the deck or a meal on the patio furniture. Use the gas grill to cook outside. Walk down to the lake and lounge in the reclining chairs or bring your fishing pole (and NYS fishing license) and catch bass and perch from shore. Make yourself at home under the timeframe three gable pavilion with its patio furniture. Guest access Guests can access the whole property with the exception of the garage and a couple closets. There are three parking spaces in the driveway and the ability the park one car in the front lawn. Other things to note There is no off street parking so please do not have more than four cars at the property. Swimming- we provide free kayaks, paddleboat, paddle board and a canoe that can be launched from our floating dock. Our side of the lake is shallow 1-2 feet deep which is perfect for our younger guests. For swimming we take out the paddleboard to deeper areas of the lake or we go to the small rock island up towards Laf-a-Lot
