Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying the tranquil lake views. A popular lakeside bar and restaurant is just a short walk or kayak ride away, making it easy to enjoy a meal or drinks without leaving the lake. The space nside The main floor features an open-concept kitchen and living area with beautiful solid hickory hardwood floors throughout. Also on the main level are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing convenient accommodations for guests of all ages. The spacious living room is equipped with a large 24,000 BTU mini-split heat pump system that efficiently cools and heats the home year-round. Upstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms and a large bathroom with a double vanity. One upstairs bedroom includes a window air conditioner, and two portable AC units are also available for added comfort. The fully updated kitchen features quartz countertops and modern appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher. It's stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, from cookware, dishes, and cutlery to a selection of spices and basic condiments. For your peace of mind, we installed a new well in 2025. In July 2026, we further upgraded our water system with an iron filter, water softener, and UV filtration system, ensuring clean, high-quality water throughout the home. Large picture windows in the living room provide stunning lake views. Relax and enjoy watching waterfowl, songbirds, and birds of prey. If you're lucky, you may even spot the resident bald eagle or osprey soaring overhead. Outside Take in the lake views from the deck, enjoy a meal on the patio furniture, or fire up the gas grill for outdoor cooking. A short walk leads down to the lake, where you can relax in reclining chairs by the shore. Fishing enthusiasts can cast a line for bass and perch from shore with a valid New York State fishing license. You'll also enjoy spending time beneath the charming three-gable lakeside pavilion, furnished with comfortable patio seating and perfect for gathering with family and friends while enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting. Guest access Guests can access the whole property with the exception of the garage and a couple closets. There are three parking spaces in the driveway and the ability the park one car in the front lawn. Other things to note There is no off street parking so please do not have more than four cars at the property. Swimming- we provide free kayaks, paddleboat, paddle board and a canoe that can be launched from our floating dock. Our side of the lake is shallow 1-2 feet deep which is perfect for our younger guests. For swimming we take out the paddleboard to deeper areas of the lake or we go to the small rock island up towards Laf-a-Lot
