This fabulous villa is absolute beachfront! Fifty metres directly out from the villa and you can curl your toes into the golden shore of Argaka beach. How can you resist that? Your own personal sandy playground, stretching all the way from Polis village to Argaka. This three-bedroom delight is set in an unspoilt slice of Cyprus on the west coast. Elegant in design, it combines a whitewashed façade with natural stonework. The space The outdoor living area skillfully combines a stone deck and a figure-of-eight shaped swimming pool. Topiary bushes, hibiscus and bougainvillea enclose the property, bringing a bright, tropical vibe throughout. Making full use of the spectacular views over the Mediterranean, the upper level has two private patios leading out from the bedrooms. Breakfast tables and chairs offer the most perfect area to enjoy your morning coffee. We can’t see why you’d need to leave the villa, other than to stock up at the nearby minimarket or visit a local taverna for dinner. Other things to note Mobility Statement There are 2 steps into the villa and a path which is a large area with no restrictions. The front door has a width of 80cm. other access doors to the pool are the lounge right patio door which is 88cm wide, the lounge left patio door which is 89cm wide and the dining room patio doors which are bot 57cm wide. The grounds are flat around both the patio and the pool area. The pool has a 3-step ladder to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is a twin room and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 60cm wide.
