The space To ensure a cozy night's rest and the comforts of home, HomeBase is the spot for plush beds, board games/books/throw blankets, and a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cup pods and creamer/sugar. Side patio is an extension of the living room and offers a spot to relax and recap the incredible day around Stillwater. Have a family member who cannot attend the big game/match or desire pre-game broadcast? 60 inch living room tv and Dish network will allow for the full game experience. Free WiFi available. A floor mattress is available UPON REQUEST and can be placed in any one of the 4 bedrooms. This floor mattress is a twin bed with all linens and is perfect for a child. And, linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa are also locked and stored away. If the sleeper sofa linens or floor mattress and linens are needed for the stay, arrangements must be made in advance. Sound machines and fans also stocked to help block any potential noise. PLEASE NOTE: This home can be altered in size by locking off 1 or 2 of the 4 bedrooms and the floor mattress is stowed away and locked, unless requested. If you desire this location but only need say a 2 bedroom home for a slightly lower fee, please contact host and your request can be considered based on demand that time of year. This 1700 SF portion of the home is a lock-off to another 750 SF rental, called HOMEBASE #2. Consider both rentals with your next stay in which you need a comfortable stay for up to 16 people. Although connecting neighbors, both rentals have a separate private front entrance, private patio space, beautiful kitchen and living room. Thank you for respecting the no pet policy and please respect the maximum number of guests sleeping in HomeBase 1 as 10 individuals. Other things to note During home football games and most home baseball games, the owners host a private family/friend tailgate in the owner garage which is street level - this is separate from this AirBnB listing. The tailgate will not start prior to 8am or end later than the ending of an evening game. The tailgate garage is NOT a part of this rental agreement and we do not expect it to disrupt your stay but only add to the excitement around athletic village.
