Guest access Our historic inn established in 1820 is situated on 200 acres with miles of trails, a beautiful private sand beach and the sound of the surf to lull you to sleep at night. Join us for croquet on the lawn; relax in the flower gardens or curl up by the open fireplace in the 1860's Sea Captain's house large ocean view living room stocked with books and parlor games. There is a country kitchen in our 1820's farmhouse accessible to all guests where light meals can be prepared. To accommodate guests with Vegan, Vegetarian and Kosher diets all meat, fish and dairy products are to be prepared outside on the deck where we have a large barbecue and burner set up. The property is also home to the Oceanside Meadows Institute for the Arts and Sciences situated across the garden in a beautiful 1820's timber framed hall, home to a full sized Steinway D Piano and a wonderful series of concerts and lectures held throughout the summer season that our guests love to attend.
