Occupancy is maximum 6 people inc children. Snowbird rates available, just ask. The space This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath boho style condo with a phenomenal view of the ocean from the balcony. The floors are vinyl and tile. There are two elevators as well as stairs, but this is on the 7th floor, you will want to use the elevator. There is cable, open wifi, Rokus, and central heating and air. There are pots and pans, a coffee maker, Keurig, dishes, utensils, a range top, dishwasher, microwave, and sm convection oven. card reader /coin washer and dryer in hall. Guest access The guests have access to the pool near the building. There are codes for the lobby. The 4 digit room code must be entered and the lever turned to open the room door. The door locks itself without turning the thumb lock on the inside, please leave that horizontal so it will lock when closed. To lock the door when leaving the room, just shut the door. Make sure you carry the codes with you when you go out. I take my phone with me and put the codes on a note or a text, for example. Other things to note Please bring your own beach towels. There are a few beach chairs, toys, + umbrella. There are enough towels and sheets and paper products here for a few people for an average 3 or 4 day stay without washing them. There is a coin/card laundry in the hall if your group is large and you need to reuse them. Please do not leave any ovens or the dishwasher running when you leave the condo. Do not leave the air or heat running with the balcony door open, and close it whenever you leave the condo. Pull the door completely closed and make sure it is locked before you leave.
