The loft really is just a comfortable place to sleep for the night. It's our room above the detached garage, that we recently completely reno'd with new carpet, paint, and small appliances. I want to mention there is not a bath/shower attached to the room. There is a port-o-potty at the bottom of the steps, and if you’re staying more than one night, you are welcome to use to house for a shower. The space also comes with WiFi, a stocked fridge, tv, cable, and double doors that open to this view. The space The space is one room, about 12ft x 14ft that has everything you would need, except for hot water. There is a port-o-potty very close to the property and there is also access to a hose on the side of the house. Its biggest attribute is the view. Being the loft, the double doors open up and gives you a beautiful picturesque view of the entire back yard, including the pond and a fountain. (Which is also a part time wedding venue). Guest access The guest are welcome to use the entire outside of the property. The only exclusion the firepit (if the space is rented at the time). Other things to note We have 2 friendly dogs on the property that love to meet the new guests. However, if you prefer them not to come greet you, please let us know what time you plan on arriving and we will make sure they are inside before you get here :)
