A Queen Suite with an open floor plan, conveniently located downtown in a historic building that has been newly renovated into a boutique Hotel. Within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, Bike trail, and the Little Miami River so you can enjoy the energetic vibe that this town has to offer. With a total of 4 private rooms available to rent out with a communial balcony for Loft guests only, makes it a great place to reconnect with loved ones in a fun location. The Lofts are located on the second floor of the building connected to two restaurants. You can access our front entrance from the main strip in downtown Loveland which takes you up a flight of stairs straight to the hallway with the 4 seperate units. To access our back entrance you walk around Bishops Quarter restaurant to the alley way and you will see a flight of stairs and an elevator. This will lead you to our private balacony with furniture that is only for our Loft guests to enjoy and takes you to our back entrance of our units. The Loft has an open floor plan where the bed, living room and Kitchen are all in the same area but with an enclosed bathroom. The couch is also a sofa pullout with a queen mattress. There is a closet with hangers and 2 luggage holders as well as a dirty laundry hamper. A bar top table with stools to enjoy your meals. You can expect some noise from the restaurant Bishop Quarter, if they have bands playing that evening until they close. Kitchen essentials such as glassware( glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses), plates, bowls, silverware, wine and can opener, scissors, paper towels and trash bags. Bathroom essentials such as toliet paper, tissues, hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, shampoo & conditioner, body and hand soap, 4 pillows for Queen bed 2 pillows for Sofa bed and linens for Queen and sofa pullout with extra blankets. We operate the lofts remotely. There is not someone on site to check you in and your check in directions will be sent the day before your arrival. Downtown Loveland offers trendy, casual and fine dining experiences, local coffee shops, shops for your sweet tooth, local breweries and tap bars within designated outdoor refreshment areas(DORA), local shops and boutiques, a record store and the Landing Event Center.  For the outdoor enthusiast, you can explore water adventures on the Little Miami River (canoe and kayak rentals), enjoy the breathtaking views of the paved Little Miami Scenic Trail by going for a run, bike ride (rentals near by), a leisurely stroll, or have a picnic at Nisbet Park or trail the peaceful East Loveland Nature Preserve.  5 minute drive to Kroger grocery store, Loveland Library, and a brand new Laundrymat Tiger Express, and a 10 minute drive to any store you can think of making everything very convenient! There are so many more attractions surrounding our area such as Kings Island Amusement park, the Loveland Castle, ATP Tennis Tournament, that once you experience our town and accomadations we offer, you will want to extend your stay!  We provide a designated parking spot in the lot across from Narrow Path Brewery and next to the Animal Hospital. There are also pay to park lots right next door to us and several free parking lots throughout downtown Loveland. You can walk to majority of the businesses, there are also bike rentals, or you can drive 5 - 10 minutes for grocery stores, general merchandise stores (Target) and department stores etc, or a 30 minutes drive to downtown Cincinnati. On the weekends if our friends from Bishops Quarter have a band playing you shall expect some noise unil they shut down for the night between 11- midnight.
