Your basic reservation includes the entire B&B Guest House and property along with nightly accommodations for 2 guests. Please note we do have an additional guest charge for 3-6 guests. Your gourmet country kitchen is equipped with a farm sink, Aga gas/electric stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, French press and refrigerator. On the second floor is your choice of three bedrooms and master bath with a glass shower, large soaking tub and a two-sink vanity. Outside, our modern, expansive dock on the river is another lovely place to also unwind with your friends, a book or beverage. The brick patio in the back yard is a wonderful spot to enjoy an outdoor dinner or just simply relax. With your safety and protection in mind, smart smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the Guest House. Guest access The Guest House is attached to the Innkeepers quarters, but is fully autonomous with 3 private entrances. The two feet thick stone walls ensure privacy for our guests. At check-in, guests are greeted and given a tour of the property and amenities. Electronic lock access is also provided for our guests convenience. Private off street parking for full size vehicles with bike carriers, etc. is provided. Other things to note We offer the following amenities free of charge for your guests; One canoe and three kayaks to explore the river from our large private dock. Four bicycles (one tandem) for you to enjoy the 60 miles of Delaware Canal tow path. Catered meals and picnics, spa services and event photography can also be arranged at an additional charge.
