Also perfect for exploring the redwood forests and the scenic north coast. Easy walk to Calpoly. The space This space is comfortable and large (1300 sq ft) and right in the heart of Arcata. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, and the bathroom comprises separate toilet and shower rooms for added functionality for bigger groups. Upstairs are four studios with very nice long term tenants living in them. They are lovely folks and courteous neighbors, but it is an old wooden building so there is the potential for some sound transmission. Other things to note We do negotiate pricing for extended stays, but ID & personal/employment info required along with a higher cleaning fee.
