Empty Nest Guest Suite in a Country Setting.

The 480 sq feet guest suite in the lower level of our private home, was previously occupied by our college-age daughter. THE EMPTY NEST includes a sleeping area, sitting area with a Roku TV, laptop-friendly workspace with wireless internet, a kitchenette, and a private full bath with a tub/shower. There is a private entrance stairwell from the driveway. The space This spacious, newly refreshed, and furnished suite is light, airy, comfortable, and quiet. The comfortable sleeping area with a queen-size bed and desk can be separated from the living space by pulling the ceiling-hung curtains closed. The living/eating/kitchenette areas have the conveniences of home in an inviting, stylish setting. Notes- The heating system does not have air ducts shared with our private home and has an independent thermostat control. This unit does have a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven but does NOT have a stove or kitchen sink. The stairway access makes this space not handicap accessible for a wheelchair. See the photos. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on our property. Sorry, no pets allowed. Guest access The Empty Nest Guest Suite is a separate space from our private home. We can arrange a contactless check-in and check-out. All linens are bleachable and furnishings are leather, vinyl, or plastic and are safely sanitized.
