The space This mountain house is situated on Beech Mountain Golf Course. During summer months, guests can play golf and access all of the other Beech Mountain Club facilities and activities. Visiting in the winter? This home is only 1.5 miles from Ski Beech Resort which offers skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and tubing. This area is known for high precipitation of snow. The Home: Sip coffee on the peaceful back deck overlooking the golf course. There is a remote awning so you can still enjoy for those rainy days. Enjoy the spacious and cozy family room with a stone fireplace and gas logs. Easily prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Spend family time and play games around the dining room table. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level of this home. The large master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with walk-in closet. The third bedroom offers a twin and a full sized bed. Watch deer roam around the yard and listen to the peaceful sounds of nature. Very quiet and serene setting with minimal neighbors. Whether your visit is in the summer or winter seasons, this area provides many activities to choose from. There are individual thermostats in each bedroom and bathroom to control the heat. There are wall units and the fireplace for heat on the main level. There is a mini split A/C unit to keep the house cool in the Summer. Guest access All main living areas are accessible for guests. Basement is for owner only. Golf cart is for owner use only (the clubhouse will provide one for golfing). Other things to note Cell phone service is limited throughout Beech Mountain depending on your provider. During winter months, road conditions can be hazardous. We suggest a 4-wheel drive vehicle for your safety.
