Bright Guesthouse Attached to Historic Rowhome

Awesome guest apartment in carriagehouse of historic rowhome! Private entrance, direct access to large roof deck, private bathroom, and personal fridge. Tons of natural light, quiet neighborhood, access to shared washer/dryer and kitchen. Can't beat the location - stellar restaurants within a block, 2 blocks from Patterson Park and the waterfront, 5 minute walk to Canton Square, 15 minute walk to Johns Hopkins. Perfect for traveling nurse, visiting medical resident, etc. Pets and extra guests on a case-by-case basis. The space The guest apartment is located at the back of our 100+ year-old rowhouse in what used to be the carriage house. It has it's own private entrance from the street, which opens into a livingroom on the first floor with an extremely comfortable pull out sofa (full). The private full bath is also on the first floor. The laundry room and kitchen connects the carriage house to the rest of the house. The laundry room and kitchen is shared space with the owners. However, you will have your own mini-fridge in the guesthouse, as well as your own plates/utensils and keurig machine with coffee. The bedroom (queen) on the second floor is bright and refreshing. Blackout curtains are available for traveling professionals working night shift. The bedroom has its own direct access to the roof deck. You may use the grill and all grilling tools/charcoal as you desire. Owners do have two small cats, not that size has anything to do with allergic response. The bed and couch are new, they have not gotten cat-cooties on them. They may get curious and want to cuddle, but if you would rather they not be involved in your life, there is a door between the guesthouse and kitchen that you can close and lock (lock it because one has inexplicably learned how to open the door). Guest access Washer/dryer, full kitchen, roof deck and grill. During your stay Minimal, we may bump into each other in the kitchen. More than happy to direct you to restaurants and Baltimore highlights! Other things to note We understand it is difficult to find a place to stay when you are traveling with your pet, especially if you are here on a travel assignment. Pets will be allowed on a case-by-case basis for a small non-refundable pet deposit. Please message us with a description of your pet and any questions.
