A perfect cottage located just a 5 minute walk to the beach and seconds from the popular Grand Bend strip. The cottage has been fully renovated this year with custom modern touches, but still has a cozy cottage feel. Perfect for family vacations and more! We are not accepting guests where majority of age is under 25. We also require the main renter to be verified by ID through Airbnb. The space There are 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has bunk-beds (twin on top, double on bottom). Large indoor kitchen space, huge wrap around deck, new propane BBQ with side burner, and fire pit with tons of seating, and huge outdoor deck with plenty of seating. Guest access Full house Other things to note Cottage must be left in same condition as Found and Tenants are responsible for ordinary Cleanliness, Repair of damage caused by the willful neglect or negligent conduct by the Tenant and other occupants and guests. Lost or misplaced keys are $20.00 each. Occupancy is limited to those listed on Tenancy Agreement. Drivers Licence(s) required as identification. Unauthorized guests shall be subject to a daily charge. Long weekends are a 3 night minimum.
